Hmmm...you know due to my major and job, I have seen a lot of such cases; And I do agree with the concept of social fault...
But why do not same- the very same-circumstances result in bringing up same culprints?
Have you ever thought of self control or something?
People come from different paths of life. Having "general law" for everybody is a big flaw of our system, I think: we are understanding now that the way people act has direct relations with the circumstances, family, and ultimately, the society they've come from. And recently DNA has been added to the list. I don't know, having all these in mind, where one's "self" stand...
One could have the "same expectations" when providing the same nourishing situations.
